Judah Ecumenical Covenant Fellowship is a network of Christian clergy, churches and ministries committed to covenant fellowship creating a synergy for excellence in ministry, empowerment for churches and ministries and expansion of the kingdom of God through social justice and community engagement. This fellowship is organized to accomplish the following:
To provide resources, education, and training to clergy that will assist in developing their capacity for excellence in ministry;
To facilitate programs and support services that strengthen churches and ministries in fulfilling the mission of Jesus Christ;
To develop a network of faith-based ministries and community organizations to combat social and spiritual problems, in local communities.

The Fellowship's leadership consists of men and women of God who share in and support Bishop Williams' vision. The Executive Board includes (l-r) Bishop Ronald K. Thornhill, son of Temple of Judah Ministries and Pastor of Tabernacle of Zion (Lawrenceville, VA); Bishop-Designate Todd B. Winston, son of Temple of Judah Ministries and Pastor of Greenwood Household of Faith (Ashland, VA); Dr. Deborah M. Martin, friend of Judah and Pastor of Real Life Ministries (Chester, VA); and Bishop Bernard C. Lambert, Jr., Pastor of Rebirth Church (Richmond, VA).
It is the vision of the Judah Ecumenical Covenant Fellowship to become Ambassadors of Reconciliation through Ministry Leadership Development, Local Church Advancement, and Restorative Justice, Advocacy and Change.
